Just a question:
The US has given aid for just about every major and most minor catastrophes throughout the world. We have sunk billions upon billions of dollars in re-building innumerous countries' economies. We still supplement dozens of countries though our foreign aid.
How much aid will be donated by these, or any, governments to help us with the catastrophic event of Katrina?
