Well, why not!? It isn't like enough money hasn't already been WASTED there.
I have a problem with the government giving help to people who seem determined NOT to help themselves - too deadbeat to get themsleves out of harm's way but strong enough to DEMAND the government "take care of them." (Aimed specifically at New Orleans)
Given the number of people displaced by Katrina and the amount of money already spent there (again, New Orleans), I just hope the government is there to give me more than what I started out with next time I am in a disaster!
But leave it to Comrade Hillary to want to send more of my damned tax dollars to an area predominately populated by deadbeats (and again, I direct this at New Orleans).

America is already on track - maybe Comrade Hillary is looking down the wrong tracks?
